Roost Leadership

Rishi Yadav is the CEO and Co-Founder of Roost. He has over two decades of experience in leading enterprise application teams. Rishi is a published author with two books on Apache Spark and numerous contributions to leading technical publications. Before Roost, Rishi co-founded InfoObjects, a leading solutions provider for data engineering. Prior to InfoObjects Rishi was part of algorithms and analytics team at Netflix. Rishi obtained his bachelor’s degree at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. Rishi has also taken PhD level courses at Stanford University in topics like probability, randomization & advanced mathematics for fun. 

Sudhir is the CTO and Co-Founder of Roost. He has nearly 20 years of experience in developing enterprise applications and leading technology teams. Sudhir is a serial entrepreneur and also the Co-Founder of Plaksha, Algorism and InfoObjects. He has worked in multiple product startups in distributed systems. He is extremely proud that InfoObjects was awarded the #1 best place to work in the Bay Area in 2014 and 2015. He obtained his bachelor’s degree at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. Sudhir has also taken PhD level courses at Stanford University in topics like probability, randomization & advanced mathematics for fun. 

Harish Agrawal is the VP of Engineering here at Roost and has been managing development and engineering teams for nearly two decades. Prior to becoming a “Rooster,” Harish held leadership positions and managed engineering teams at JP Morgan Chase, E-Trade Financials, Nokia, Talisma and Motorola. Harish obtained his bachelor’s degree at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and his M.B.A. from San Jose State University.
